2. All products carry a manufacturers warranty valid from the date of purchase save in the purchase of a used kayak. All purchases are final and we do not entertain a refund save in dire cases or where otherwise arranged prior to purchase.
3. We ask for a 50% deposit on all orders to confirm that and the balance when you receive the product, unless negotiated prior to order confirmation We are happy to issue an invoice after receiving the 50% deposit to state the percentage of ownership of that product if requested.
4. All prices quoted for products are inclusive of freight to your door mainland Australia. For shipment elsewhere extra freight shall be charged at cost.
5. We accept all MasterCard, and Visa credit cards, Electronic Fund transfers, Bank Cheques and Cash. In all cases all funds must be cleared prior to an order being placed by ourselves this is to protect both yourselves and us.
